I had a beer with Labrador Tea in it a number of years ago from Brett & Sauvage, and it has always stood out to me as a pleasant and unique flavour. It brings together everything I love in a beer: a nice herbal, earthy quality layered with notes of fruit and honey. What’s not to love?
I conditioned Labrador Tea on a farmhouse lager for three days, extracting a balanced expression of its character. This beer makes me think of sitting in a meadow on a warm summer evening, listening to the wildlife buzzing all around
