Passage

An ongoing collection of small-batch, barrel-fermented beers.

Passage is a small brewery built around the cellar.

Our beers are fermented, aged and blended over time, often spending months in oak before they are ready to share. Each release is made in limited quantities and reflects the season, the ingredients, the barrels and the time that went into it.

Rather than producing beer for a conventional release schedule, Passage is built around a smaller group of people who choose to follow the work as it evolves.

There are three ways to follow Passage.

The Cellar Master

The complete journey through the Passage cellar.

Cellar Masters receive every monthly release as it comes out of the cellar.

Each month, two unique blends are selected and shared as four bottles — two of each blend.

Every monthly release includes:

  • 4 × 750mL bottles
  • 2 unique blends
  • 2 bottles of each blend
  • One to drink now, and one to save or cellar
  • Free shipping
  • The option to add additional bottles when available

Cellar Masters also receive:

  • Early access to new Passage releases
  • Early access to merch drops
  • Priority access to future membership openings

The Journeyman

A slower journey through the seasons.

The Journeyman follows Passage at a different pace.

Every three months, a hand-selected collection of blends is assembled to reflect the season and the work that has passed through the cellar.

Each quarterly release includes three unique blends, with two bottles of each.

Every quarterly release includes:

  • 6 × 750mL bottles
  • 3 unique blends
  • 2 bottles of each blend
  • One to drink now, and one to save or cellar
  • Free shipping
  • The option to add additional bottles when available

The Journeyman offers a curated path through Passage — less about following every release, and more about experiencing the cellar as it changes throughout the year.

The Library Pass

Explore the history of the Passage cellar.

Not everyone needs to follow every new release.

The Library Pass is for those who want to experience Passage at their own pace, through the beers that have already made their way through the cellar.

As past releases move into the Library, Pass holders can discover and purchase bottles from the archive, exploring different seasons, blends and moments in Passage's journey.

There is no regular shipment or release schedule. The Library is an evolving collection, shaped by what has been brewed, aged and preserved over time.

The Library Pass includes:

  • Annual access to the Passage Library
  • The ability to purchase bottles from past releases as they become available

The annual fee provides access to the Library. Bottles are purchased separately, with shipping calculated at checkout.

Please note: The Library does not contain every past release. Availability varies depending on blend sizes and the number of bottles allocated to each release.

The Cellar Logbook

For Cellar Masters and Journeymen

Passage is meant to be experienced over time.

Your first Cellar Master or Journeyman release includes a handmade leather logbook and the first pages documenting the beers you've received.

With each new release, additional pages are sent alongside your bottles, gradually building a personal record of your journey through the cellar.

Each entry includes:

  • Barrel number
  • Blend and process details
  • Tasting notes
  • Space for your own notes

Over time, the logbook becomes more than a record of the beer. It becomes a personal archive of the bottles you've collected, tasted and saved.

The other is yours to put away — to revisit when the time feels right, and to discover how the beer has changed with time.

The Cellar Logbook and paired bottles are part of the Cellar Master and Journeyman experiences. The Library Pass does not include a logbook or complimentary bottles; Library Pass holders purchase bottles separately as they become available.
