Dark days, cold wind blowing, and the coming of winter. Bitter End is a hop forward saison brewed with raw wheat and barrel fermented. It has a strong bitter backbone that balances well with the yeast characteristics and was dry hopped to highlight the hop character. Bottle Conditioned.
