Culture Shock

Culture Shock is a coolshipped mixed ferment saison, bittered to 60 IBUs for a firm, expressive backbone. It was barrel fermented for five months, then dry hopped with Hersbruck­er just days before bottling to layer in a fresh, herbal hop character.
