Falling Light

Falling Light is a mixed ferment saison, a blend of beers averaging eight months in age, aged for four additional months on Lapin cherries from Maxwell Acres. The result is balanced and expressive, showing soft oak, delicate fruit, and a warm, lingering cherry glow.
