Meadow's Edge

Meadow’s Edge is a Strawberry Lilac mixed ferment saison consisting of an eight month old coolshipped raw rye mixed ferment saison aged on strawberries for a week and a half, blended with a one year old spontaneous saison that spent the full year aging on lilacs.
