Petrichor
Petrichor was created by aging spruce tips from our property on a spontaneous ale for seven months. Blended with a mixed ferment saison, which balanced out the bitter funk base infusing it with lively character. It evokes the feeling of a stroll through a dew drenched forest.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Corn, Spelt, Spruce Tips, Hops, Yeast
