Rendezvous is our first Vin De Grain, coolshipped and left to ferment on its own rhythm before resting sur lees in oak for seven months. It carries a quiet, wine-like structure with lifted acidity, a round and generous mouthfeel, and a soft grainy depth. Something meant for gathering, sharing, and celebrating the moments that matter.
