Sundered Skin

Sundered Skin is a mixed ferment saison featuring prune plums from Franko Orchards. The plums, split and conditioned with their pits, were aged in beer for two months. This plum-infused base was then blended with a bright mixed ferment saison, enhancing the plum flavours for a unique and vibrant taste experience.
