Victoria Corners

Victoria Corners blends a seven month spontaneous beer with a naturally fermented L’Acadie wine made from Georgian Hills grown grapes. The wine saw two weeks of semi-carbonic maceration and two months on fine lees. The result is bright, mineral, and lifted with subtle orchard fruit.
